Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Fresh mawa 250mg
  2. Sugar powder 200 gm(as per taste)
  3. Milk powder 50 gms
  4. Cashew powder 1 cup
  5. Cardamom powder 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat mawa in a nonstick skillet till it starts exuding ghee
  2. Add sugar powder and keep sauteing for 4-5 min. On medium flame
  3. Remove from heat
  4. Add milk powder and mix well
  5. Add cardamom powder
  6. Let the mixture cool completely
  7. Put in a mould
  8. Serve after setting
