Deadly combination of bread , milk n mawa

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Bread 1large pckt
  2. Milk 1 1/2 ltrs
  3. Mawa (pheeka) 50gms
  4. Milkmaid(condensed milk)
  5. Sugar as req.
  6. Saffrons a pinch
  7. Saffron food clr
  8. Dry fruits
  9. ghee

Instructions

  1. First shallow fry the breads in ghee till golden brown and keep them aside
  2. In the meanwhile heat milk in a wok by adding sugar and some saffron strands in it...
  3. Cook the milk for 15 -20 mins...
  4. Now add mawa and lil amnt of milkmaid and saffron food colour in it...
  5. Give it a gud stir...
  6. Now arrange the bread pieces in a tray properly...
  7. Cook it again if required... If only the the milk remaining in the tray is enough then don't cook if the milk is more then cook for some time till there is only that much milk that the bread get properly coated with it...
  8. Now pour the milk over the bread so that the bread gets properly dipped into it...
  9. Now sprinkle the chopped dryfruits and some saffron strands on it...
  10. Keep it in the refrigerator to get chilled...
