Ingredients Serving: 9

  1. oil
  2. ghee
  3. 1 and a 1/2 kg mutton
  4. 7Finely sliced onions
  5. 8 green chillies
  6. 3 teaspoon garlic paste
  7. 2 teaspoon ginger paste
  8. 2teadpoon red chilly pwdr
  9. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric pwdr
  10. 3teaspoon coriander pwdr
  11. 1teaspoon garam masala pwdr
  12. 1 strand Kari leaves
  13. 5chopped tomatoes
  14. 1/2 cup curd
  15. 10Almonds and 10 Cashews soaked and cutted into 2 pieces
  16. 2 Potatoes
  17. A small bunch of coriander leaves
  18. Green colour mixed in lil 1lemon
  19. Saffron soaked in lil warm milk
  20. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. First wash and keep the mutton pieces in a stainer
  2. Now heat ghee in a wok and add 1/4 of sliced onion in it and fry till the onion is golden brown (Batista)
  3. Fry the potatoes and soaked and separated dryfruits in the same ghee and keep aside...
  4. now at 3 tablespoon of oil all the Khada Garam Masala and the remaining onions into the wok
  5. Fry the onion till they are transparent pink or slightly golden colour
  6. now Mutton and green chilli paste ginger garlic paste red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder Garam Masala salt into the wok...
  7. let it cook till the mutton is tender on low flame
  8. now add chopped tomatoes , curd and potatoes into the wok
  9. cook till the potato is done
  10. when the potato and mutton are properly tender
  11. cook it for 5 minutes on high flame till the oil separates
  12. Now garnish it with fried dry fruits the Barista and chopped coriander...
  13. now cook rice in a separate wok with double quantity of water in it and some of Khada Garam Masala
  14. Cook it till one third part of rice is cooked
  15. Now check if its one third part is done then switch off the flame and drain it through a strainer
  16. now prepare layers of biryani, first layer of the motton masala and second of the rice
  17. now sprinkle the colours that ww dissolved into warm milk and 1 lemon juice, barista and coriander and some of the garam masala pwdr
  18. Now keep the wok on dum, till the Rice is wholely cooked...
  19. When heavy steam comes out of the lid switch off the flame..
