Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup oats
  2. 11/2 cup curd or buttermilk approx
  3. 1 tsp oil
  4. 1 tsp rai
  5. Few curry leaves
  6. 1 tbsp peanuts
  7. Salt and pepper acc to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the oats in curd for overnight
  2. And keep it in fridge
  3. In the morning,heat oil
  4. Add rai,peanuts and curry leaves.make a tadka
  5. Put it on the oats mixture and add salt and pepper
  6. Mix it well and serve it
