Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 and 1/2 cup of besan/ chickpea flour
  2. 1 cup of maida/ flour
  3. 2 tablespoon of cornflour
  4. A pinch of baking soda
  5. 1 onion, finely sliced
  6. 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
  7. Yogurt (as dip)
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Salt for taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the yogurt and oil together. Make a nice batter of this that is of a good consistency.
  2. Heat oil and fry the bhajjis.
  3. Serve it hot with cold yogurt and tomato sauce.
