Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 500gm raw mango
  2. Water
  3. Gur
  4. 1.5 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  5. 1.5 tea spoon turmeric powder
  6. 2 tea spoon red chili powder
  7. Coarsely grinded saunf
  8. Salt as per your taste
  9. 1 tea spoon jeera

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel raw mango and cut into pieces
  2. In cooker put oil, jeera, raw mango turmeric powder, dhaniya powder, red chili powder and give one whistle
  3. Take out whistle add chopped Gur and coarsely grinded saunf and boil till Gur dissolves
  4. Launji ready to eat with Puri, Parantha rice
