Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Amla 200 gms
  2. Mustard oil 1 cup
  3. 2 tsp Red Chili powder
  4. 1tsp Haldi powder
  5. 2 tsp coriander powder
  6. 1.5 tsp salt adjust accordingly
  7. 1 tsp sugar
  8. 1 tbsp mustard seed
  9. 1tsp fennel seed
  10. 1/2 tsp methi dana
  11. 1/2 tsp hing

Instructions

  1. Wash and boil amla in a pressure cooker for one whistle.
  2. Discard the seeds and cut the amla into pieces
  3. Add mustard oil in a pan. Heat then add hing.
  4. Grind mustard, fennel and methi Dana coarsely. Add ground powder along with all masala and mix well.
  5. Add sugar and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Launji is ready.
