Marinate the chicken with the ingredients under marination and keep for 30mins
In a pan add oil+ghee add the cloves, cardamon and bayleaf and saute until nice aroma comes
Then add the onions saute until browned,then add the remaining gin.garlic paste and green chillies and saute
Add cashew paste and 1/2 cup water and cook till thickens
Remove and allow to cool and after make a paste and keep aside
In the same pan add oil and fry the marinated chicken
Cook until browned
Now add the ground paste to the cooked chicken
Add the yogurt and mix
Allow to cook for 10 mins and then add the cream followed by cardamon powder ,white pepper mix well
Now add coriander leaves mix well.at last sprinkle garam masala powder
Creamy and rich chicken gravy is ready
