Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup paneer
  2. 1 finely chopped onions.
  3. 1 tsp kashmiri chilly powder.
  4. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tsp coriander powder.
  6. 1-2 tbsps finely chopped coriander leaves .
  7. Salt as per taste. For the dough and stuffing.
  8. 1/4 th cup ghee .
  9. 2 cups wheat flour
  10. Water to knead the dough

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add , flour salt and knead a soft dough adding water little at a time... grease the dough with a tsp of ghee and let it rest for sometime.. keep it covered..
  2. For stuffing. Grate paneer with ur hands or use a grater... Add a tsp of ghee , turmeric , chilly , salt coriander leaves , onions and mix well.. mash it well... check seasoning and adjust accordingly.
  3. Take out small balls from the dough , and press it flat.. so that you can stuff the paneer filling... After stuffing seal it and press flat...
  4. Roll the paneer stuffed balls into thick parathas and fry in hot tawa.... drizzle ghee generously and flip sides to cook well...
  5. Serve hot... with chutney or dahi...
