Moong daal dahi bada chaat is very tasty .

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 250gram moong daal .
  2. 1small piece Ginger.
  3. 3to4 garlic clove .
  4. Chopped coriander leaves.
  5. Salt as per taste.
  6. 1/2spoon baking soda.
  7. 1cup tamarind chutney
  8. 1cup mint chutney.
  9. 2cup beaten curd.
  10. 1/2cup pomegranate seeds.
  11. 1cup chopped onion.
  12. Chat masala as per need.
  13. Roasted cumin powder as per need.
  14. Some Almonds
  15. Oil for trying vadas
  16. Water as per need.

Instructions

  1. Soak moong daal for hours .
  2. Drain daal put into a mixer jar add garlic ginger and 2spoon chopped garlic and grind into smooth paste.
  3. Remove into a bowl add salt and baking soda and. Mix well cover with a lid and keep aside for 5mintues.
  4. Meanwhile we heat oil .
  5. Fry vada into oil at medium flame till golden brown.
  6. Remove all vada into a bowl add some water and keep it aside for 5mintues.
  7. Squeeze all vadas and put into beaten curd .
  8. Now arrange .
  9. Add vada with some curd .
  10. Add mint and. Tamarind chutney.
  11. Add chopped onion , pomegranate seeds, chat maslaa ,roasted cumin powder and Almonds flakes.
  12. Serve chilled and enjoy.
