Resturant style tandoori chicken legs.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 5 chicken leg pieces
  2. 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  3. 1 teaspoon cumin
  4. 1 tablespoon pepper
  5. 4 Cashews
  6. 4 badam
  7. 1 Tablespoon chilli powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  9. 100 ml curd
  10. Slalt
  11. 3 tablespoon oil
  12. 2 Lemon

Instructions

  1. Powder the cashew, badam, cumin, pepper.
  2. Clean the chicken and add cashew, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, curd, lemon juice of one lemon and salt. Mix well and refrigerate minimum of 2-3 hours.
  3. In a wide and thick bottom pan heat oil and add marinated chicken. Cover the lid and cook on medium flame.
  4. Flip the leg pieces for 2-3 times in between.
  5. After chicken is cooked. Completely dry water content. Oil will start leaving from the chicken. Turn it off from the flame.
  6. Take each piece of chicken apply little lemon juice and burn it on flame using gas stove.
  7. Serve hot with mint chutney and onions
