Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1litre full fat milk
  2. 1tbsp sugar
  3. 1/2tsp cardamom powder
  4. 8-10strands of saffron
  5. 2drops rose water
  6. 1/3cups chopped nuts(cashews,pistachio,almonds)

Instructions

  1. In a heavy bottomed pan add milk and cook on medium flame for 5 mins.
  2. After that reduce the flame and add sugar, saffron, cardamom powder,rose water and mix well and cook for 45minutes more while stirring in regular intervals.
  3. When the milk will reduce and become half in volume switch off the flame.
  4. Garnish the rabdi with chopped nuts and serve chilled.
