Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Rasbhari 500 gms.
  2. Sugar 1cup.
  3. Ghee 1tea spoon.

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan,add rasbharies.
  2. Add 2cup water,boil ,simmer the flame and cook on low flame for 10minutes or the berries are tender.
  3. Add sugar,stir and cook on low flame to 5minutes.
  4. Adjust consistency.
  5. Cool and keep in air tight bottles.Can be used upto one week.
