ABOUT Coconut Aqua Pudding RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green Coconut- 2 (big sized)
  2. Coconut flesh
  3. Sugar 3-4 tbsp
  4. China grass- 10 gm
  5. Water 1 cup
  6. Cherries 10-12

Instructions

  1. Take out the coconut water in a bowl. Filter the coconut water so that no dust is visible.
  2. Cut the coconut flesh into your desired shape. Place the flesh in a bowl to set the pudding.
  3. Take 1 cup of water in a pan, add the china grass and boil it. Add the coconut water and boil till the china grass dissolves.
  4. Next add the sugar and boil it. After 2-3 mins, slowly pour in the coconut water over the flesh.
  5. With the help of a fork, separate the flesh and place them in any desired position. Note that the flesh will float.
  6. After cooling for 5 mins, place the bowl in the fridge and let it set.
  7. Garnish with cherries and enjoy!
