Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For boondi - 2 table spoon black gram flour
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder
  4. 1 tea spoon oil for batter
  5. Water as required
  6. 2 cups thik curd
  7. 1 tea spoon Cummin powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1/2 tea spoon sugar
  10. Red chilli powder for garnishing
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl put black gram flour ( besan ),salt, red chilli powder, oil, water and make a smooth batter
  2. With a round strainer make boondi in low flame in heated oil
  3. Take a bowl add curd, add salt , cumin powder
  4. Add boondi and garnish with red chilli powder and dry boondi
