This is traditional Rajasthani sweet specially served during wedding functions. It is prepared with gram flour batter, dropping into hot oil and then dipped into sugar syrup and then strained. Served with elaichi seeds and rose petals for flavour. Tulsi leaves are also added to make it pure and auspicious during pooja rituals. It taste really awesome if combined with spicy gram flour noodles or we call it namkeen. Rajasthani people love this dish and its a must in almost every wedding ceremony or puja rituals.
