Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potato-1
  2. Mordhan 1/2 katori/bowl
  3. Raisins- 10
  4. Sendha/ Black salt 1/2 tsp
  5. Green chillies 5-6
  6. Oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the potato and remove the outer cover. Then mash it well.
  2. Now take the mordhan and grind it like rava. Add in the sendha salt, green chillies and raisins.
  3. Mix well all the ingredients together and shape them like aloo tikkis.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these tikkis.
  5. Drain it on a tissue paper and finally serve them hot.
