Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 60 gms ghee room temperature
  2. 90 gms powdered sugar
  3. 150 gms atta
  4. 3/4 tsp baking powder
  5. 15 gms powder oats
  6. 60 gms milk

Instructions

  1. In a large plate place the ghee followed by the sugar.using your hand ,start to mix both the ingredients until the color turns from yellow to cream in color.
  2. Once done add the baking powder,half of the atta and maids.using your hand start to mix all the ingredients until well Incorporated.
  3. Pour little milk at a time and start mixing ,after few minutes add remaining atta and the give it a final mix and make soft dough out of this mixture ,use milk as required.
  4. For shaping the biscuit.
  5. You can use a biscuit maker also known as chakli maker to shape te biscuit.kindly use the ridge blade to shape the biscuit .
  6. Once the dough is ready divide the dough and then take one portion of the dough and shape it into the biscuit maker mould .Tighten the lid.
  7. Start by pressing the biscuit maker upside down,press and then remove the biscuit and place it on the baking tray.
  8. Preheat oven at 150 *c for 10 minutes.
  9. Bake the cookies for 20-25 minutes.
