ABOUT Walnut Chocolate Brownies RECIPE

The brownie was developed in the United States at the end of the 19th century and popularized in the U.S. and Canada during the first half of the 20th century. A Walnut chocolate brownies (commonly referred to as simply brownie) is a square, baked, chocolate dessert. Brownies come in a variety of forms and may be either fudgy or cakey, depending on their density.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. All purpose flour - 75 grms
  2. Dark chocolate Compound - 125grms
  3. Butter - 125grms
  4. Granulated Sugar / Caster Sugar - 175grms
  5. Eggs - 3
  6. Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a double boiler method, melt the dark chocolate compound & butter together.
  2. In another bowl, add sugar & eggs, whisk them (use hand whisker or hand beater) till all the sugar well combined with the eggs.
  3. Now, pour all the melted dark chocolate & butter mix into the sugar & egg mixture and give it a whisk till everything combines well.
  4. Sift the all purpose into the above mixture & fold till it's well combined
  5. Grease & lined with parchment the 6" or 8" square shape baking tin.
  6. Add all the brownie batter into the tin & level it with the help of spatula.
  7. Add the broken Walnuts on top.
  8. Pop this into the oven, bake it @ 180°c for about 25-35 mins.
  9. After it's done, let it get cool down completely & then cut into pieces.
  10. Serve like that or with whipped cream or one can serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy !!
