ABOUT EGG POACH GRAVY RECIPE

EGG POACH GRAVY for KIDS Easy and simple recipe for kids with less spices.Gravy is prepared with little oil,salt,cumin seeds,a pinch of Kashmiri red chilly powder(optional)and a cube of butter.Healthy egg recipe for kids.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Eggs
  2. 1/4 cup Olive oil
  3. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  4. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  5. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  6. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1/4 tsp pepper
  8. A pinch of Kashmiri red chilly powder (optional)
  9. 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. A cube of butter

Instructions

  1. Take olive oil in a pan.
  2. Once oil is hot,add cumin seeds and salt.
  3. Add turmeric powder,cumin powder and coriander powder.
  4. Add 1/4 cup water and make a gravy.
  5. Once it starts boiling break 2 eggs directly into the gravy.
  6. After cooking 2-3 minutes,egg poach will be formed in the gravy.
  7. Add ginger paste and cook for some more time.
  8. Add a cube of butter and sprinkle pepper.
  9. Serve with steamed rice.
