ABOUT Deviled Egg RECIPE

A little twist on a regular deviled egg.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 boiled egg
  2. Bread 2 slices
  3. Leftover chicken and fish curry gravy 3 tsp
  4. Oil as required
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Sooji 2 tbsp
  7. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, prepare a dough mixture by adding the bread, gravy curry, salt and a bit of black pepper.
  2. Prepare a small flat bread like the shape from the dough on your palm. Cover the boiled egg with this shape.
  3. Roll it in the sooji and deep fry the egg till it turns golden brown in colour.
  4. Then take it out from the pan and cut it in half.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining black pepper on top and serve it with sauce or chutney.

Hai sister i tried this but the bread is not sticking to egg....whether we can add water to make the dough?it was really tasty
