Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 1/4 cup refined flour
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 1 pinch carom seeds
  5. Water
  6. Refined oil
  7. 3 boiled potatoes
  8. 1/4 cup grated beetroot
  9. 1/4 cup grated carrot
  10. 1 onion finely chopped
  11. 2 green chilli finely chopped
  12. 1 spoon grated ginger
  13. 1 pinch fennel seeds
  14. 1 pinch kalonji
  15. 1 pinch white seasme
  16. 1/4 spoon red chilli powder
  17. 1/4 spoon garam masala
  18. 1/4 spoon dry mango powder

Instructions

  1. Mix wheat flour,refined flour,salt,carom seeds and 2 spoon oil in a bowl
  2. Knead a soft dough by adding water
  3. Peel and mash boiled potatoes
  4. Mix salt,veggies,green chilli,ginger,seasme,kalonji,fennel seeds and other spices in potatoes and mix well
  5. Devide the dough into 4 parts and roll into a thin circle
  6. Spread potato mixture evenly on it and roll tightly
  7. Cut into 2" of size and press gently between palms
  8. Roast from both sides by applying oil in a pan
  9. Pack with sauce
