Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. gram Dal one cup
  2. moong dal 2 tablespoon
  3. turmeric powder half teaspoon
  4. salt as per taste
  5. green chilli 2
  6. mango powder 1 teaspoon
  7. red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  8. cumin seed half teaspoon
  9. oil 2 tbsp
  10. 1 cup maida
  11. 2 tbsp Suji
  12. salt as per taste
  13. Ghee 2 tbsp
  14. carom seed half teaspoon
  15. oil for frying

Instructions

  1. mix suji and Maida added with ghee ,carom seed and salt
  2. Knead it with water
  3. make a medium Hard dough
  4. in a pressure cooker add both the Dal, water, turmeric powder ,salt and green chillies
  5. make 4to5 whistles
  6. when dal get tender take out it in the casserole
  7. Sprinkle red chilli powder and mango powder
  8. give a cumin seed Tadka on it
  9. and dal is ready
  10. now knead the dough properly and make small pudis from it
  11. hole the pudis with the help of fork
  12. so that Police should not be below in the oil
  13. make all pudis with this procedure
  14. on medium flame fry these all pudis
  15. fry it till it becomes crisp
  16. prepare all the pudis
  17. and serve Dis puris with dal
  18. heres Dal Pakwan is ready
