ABOUT Coffee Panna Cotta RECIPE

It is an Italian dessert best to serve during summer.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 1 cup
  2. Cream 1 cup
  3. Sugar 4 tbsp
  4. Instant coffee powder 4 tbsp
  5. Gelatin 2 tbsp
  6. Cherry, Cashews and Mint leaf for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 cup milk until lukewarm. Add 2 tbsp gelatin and mix well. Let the gelatin dissolve into the milk completely. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. In another pan heat 1 cup of cream until it starts bubbling. Then add 4 tsp sugar.
  3. Into the milk and gelatin mixture add 4 tbsp instant coffee powder. Put this mixture into the pan of cream and whisk well. Turn of the flame immediately after whisking.
  4. Pour the mixture into two greased ramekins and put into the freezer for 1 hour or until it sets. Demould the ramekins and top with cherries, nuts and mint.
