ABOUT An Easy And Fast Humus For kids RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chole, soaked overnight 1 cup
  2. Curd 1 tbsp
  3. Olive oil 1 1/2 tbsp
  4. Garlic crushed 1/2 tsp
  5. Lime Juice 1 tbsp
  6. Salt and Pepper according to taste
  7. Basil (Fresh) 1 tbsp or dried 1/2 tsp
  8. Sesame seeds 1 tbsp (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook the chole.
  2. Grind everything together except the basil (I have used dried).
  3. Sprinkle dried basil on top.

A very good recipe. My children really love hummus. They need to eat well so that they have enough energy to study.
