Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. mutton-1/2kg
  2. onion chopped-3 medium
  3. tomato-2 medium chopped
  4. ginger garlic greenchillies chopped-3tsp
  5. redchilli powder-2tbsp
  6. turmeric powder-1 tsp
  7. fennel powder-1tsp
  8. cumin powder-2tsp
  9. coriander powder-1tbsp
  10. kasuri methi crushed-1tsp
  11. curry masala powder-1tbsp
  12. garam masala-1tsp
  13. salt
  14. oil
  15. water

Instructions

  1. marinate the mutton pieces with all the masalaS and salt for 15mins
  2. in a cooker add chopped ginger garlic green chillies and saute till golden
  3. add the chopped onion and tomatoes
  4. then add the marinated mutton pieces and cook well until the mutton releases oil
  5. once done add 1 cup water and pressure cook for 5 whistles or until meat is tender
  6. add the crushed methi leaves
  7. garnish with coriander leavae and serve with rice
