Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Basmati rice 2 cup
  2. Spinach puri 1/2 cup
  3. Beetroot puri 1/2 cup
  4. Carrot puti 1/2 cup
  5. Pure ghee 6 tspoon
  6. Bay leaf 2
  7. Coriender powder 1 tspn
  8. 1 tspn ginger garlic paste

Instructions

  1. Wash basmati rice ..soak for 5 mins
  2. Heat 1 n 1/2 glass water in a cooker put bay leafs ...n Black pepper n 1 tspn oil n cook it for one whistle
  3. In a pan heat 1 tspn ghee 1/4 tspn ginger garlic paste then 1/4 part of cooked rice n stire continue then add carrot Puri
  4. Mix well then add 1/4 tspn coriender powder little red chilli piweer salt n little garm masala for taste ..cook it for 2 to 3 mins
  5. Same procedure repeat with spinach n beetroot Puris n one part u keep Yello by mixing termeric powder
  6. In a large or designer bowl first layer u spread of carrot pulao press it properly then second beetroot third termeric one n at last spinach after each layer press rice layer for proper sat up after all layers completed in mold bowl with the help of a plate as we do in cake or dhokla
  7. Rainbow pulav is ready kids will luv it n it's absolutely healthy
