I love sabudana vada..

Soak 1.5 cups of sabudana in enough water for at least 2 hrs.
Remove water and leave for 4 to 5 hrs . Now take 3 to 4 boiled potatoes and mash them well.
Roast a cup of ground nuts.
Mix the sabudana, boiled potatoes & crushed ground nuts.
Add salt, lemon juice & sugar.
Take 2 tsp oil in a pan, put cumin and raisin in it, saute. Now pour this in the mixture & mix well.
Form balls with oiled palms, place in a heated Appam pan for 10 minutes on slow heat, turn and cook to give it a nice colour.
SERVING: 4

Add grated coconut also. gives more crunch and taste.
we can use any dry fruits,but cashews is good option
