Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Crushing coconut 2 cup
  2. Plum jaggery 1/4 cup
  3. Chocolate sauce 1/4 cup
  4. Milk 500 ml
  5. Bay leaves 2/3
  6. Ghee 1 tsp
  7. Cardmom powder 2 tsp
  8. Crushing almond 4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a kodai add coconut and milk.Add bay leaves also.Stir it well till it's thick.
  2. Keep it on a plate half of the part.
  3. Add jaggery salute it.
  4. Adc cardmom powder and ghee spread it .Remove it.
  5. Keep it on a plate.
  6. Take a kodai add remaining coconut and chocolate sauce.
  7. Saulate it.
  8. After 8 minutes it's cooked ,remove it.
  9. Spread it on the jaggery sandesh.
  10. Keep it in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  11. Cut into square pieces and serve coconut sandesh.
