ABOUT Coconut sandesh RECIPE

Sandesh made out of grated coconut. This variety of sandesh is also delicious as well. Keep in a airtight container for long time.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Grated coconut 2 cups
  2. Powder sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Condensed milk 1 cup
  4. Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  5. Roasted Almond powder 1/4 cup
  6. Chopped pistachios 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take grated coconut
  2. Mix with sugar and condensed milk, put on the gas and stir to cook.
  3. Continueslly stirring to cook it becomes dry.
  4. Lastly add almond and cardamom powder ,mix it well 2-3 minutes and remove from the heat and keep for cool.
  5. Take a conch shape mould and make sandesh. Put pinch of chopped pistachios on the top of each sandesh.
