Fish is always loved in my house and experimenting with flavours.once such quick dish is Teriyaki fish

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Fresh water fish 2 medium size
  2. For sauce:
  3. Teriyaki sauce 3 tbsp
  4. Soy sauce 3 tbsp
  5. Vinegar 1 tbsp
  6. Sesame oil 1 tbsp
  7. Light brown sugar 1/3 cup
  8. 3 to 4 garlic cloves , minced
  9. Ginger fresh grated 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Grease a baking sheet and set aside
  2. Combine sauce ingridents and stir until brown sugar is dissolved
  3. Take the fish and pour the sauce over the fish
  4. Marinate for 1 hr
  5. Transfer the fish toh he baking dish
  6. Bake the in a preheated oven at 180 D Celsius for for for 8 to 10 mins
  7. While the fish is baking , Take the remaining sauce in a sauce pan and cook till it thickens
  8. Once the fish is ready remove it and spread the thickened sauce over it and serve
