Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 cups wheat flour
  2. One cup ghee
  3. 3 teaspoon edible gum
  4. one and half cup jaggery
  5. 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  6. Half teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. put a pan on gas with low flame, add ghee
  2. when ghee is hot, add edible gum, roast until they expand or their colour changes
  3. drain out and crushed. keep aside.
  4. add wheat flour , roast it become golden brown in colour
  5. keep stirring continuously so that it don't stick to pan
  6. it is roasted properly, add crushed edible gum, ginger powder, cardamom powder. Mix well
  7. turn off gas flame, then add chopped jaggery
  8. jaggery is melted and mixed
  9. take plate greased, Lets transfer to greased plate.
  10. Sprinkle chopped almond, pistachio
  11. After 5 minutes, cut the square piece with the help of knife.
  12. don't keep it for more than 5 minutes as it may become hard and difficult to cut.
  13. let it cool down properly then remove from plate
