Soft real strawberry cake

Ingredients Serving: 4

Saltless butter 150 gm
Maida 2 cups
Baking Powder 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Strawberry pulp 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar 1 1/2 cup
Egg 3 big
Milk 1/2 cup
Strawberry essence 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

Mix maida and baking powder in a bowl
Beat butter and sugar till fluffy
Add eggs and beat until fluffy
Add milk and mix well
Add maida mixture and fold and mix the flour into the mixture
Add strawberry essence and pulp in the mixture and mix well
In a prepared cake tin pour this mixture and tap twice
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes
Check if it is cooked by inserting a toothpick into the cake. If it comes out clean it is cooked
Let it cool and demould
