Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread 4 slice
  2. Fresh cream 2 cups
  3. Two onions ( paste )
  4. Two tomatoes ( paste)
  5. Ginger one tea spoon ( paste )
  6. Kaju paste one table spoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Red chilli powder one tea spoon
  9. Coriander powder one table spoon
  10. Haldi half tea spoon
  11. Sugar one tea spoon
  12. Garam masala one tea spoon
  13. Oil one table i + for frying
  14. Dry fruits one table spoon

Instructions

  1. Take a wok add onion paste and ginger paste, haldi and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
  2. Add tomato puree , cook for 2 to 3 minutes
  3. Add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder
  4. Add sugar, and garam masala
  5. Mix kaju paste with one cup cream and add to the gravy , mix well
  6. Now take a bowl add cream , bread and dry fruits
  7. Make cylinder shape and fry in heated oil
  8. Fry till golden brown
  9. Transfer gravy in a serving bowl and arrange koftas and serve hot
