Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Left over rotis 4
  2. Gond/gum and 3 to 4 tbsp( small)
  3. Pure Ghee 2 to 3 tbsp
  4. Jaggery 2 tbsp
  5. Raisins 1 tbsp
  6. Elachi pwdr 1/2 tsp
  7. Nuts to garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee and fry the Gond
  2. Take the chapatis,add the fried Gond and grind coarsely
  3. In the same pan add the grinded mixture,add ghee Jaggery and elachi pwdr
  4. Add the nuts and the raisins
  5. Cook for 2 mins and serve warm garnished with some fried Gond and nuts
