Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 500 grams chicken
  2. 1/4 of a green papaya
  3. 1 large tomato
  4. 1 large carrot
  5. 6 / 7 french beans
  6. 1 medium sized onion
  7. 1/2 tea spoon garlic paste
  8. 1/2 tea spoon ginger paste
  9. 5to 6 whole black pepper
  10. 1 small spoon black pepper powder
  11. 1 small potato
  12. 1 table spoon butter
  13. 3 green cardamon
  14. 1 " stick cinnamon
  15. 1 star anise

Instructions

  1. wash the chicken pieces
  2. Peel the papaya and cut the papaya into chunks
  3. Peel the potato and make big pieces
  4. Cut the tomato in four pieces
  5. Peel the carrot and cut into big pieces
  6. Cut the onion in julienne
  7. Heat the cooker add butter add the whole garam masala and whole black pepper
  8. add the onions , saute for some time
  9. add garlic and ginger paste saute
  10. add chicken pieces and little salt and cover it , it will release water
  11. let the water little dry and add the veggies except tomato and beans
  12. Cook for some time and add beans and tomato and required water and salt and sugar
  13. Close the lid and wait for one whistle
  14. Let the vapour be released on its own
  15. Serve hot
