ABOUT Kebabs with Minty dip RECIPE

This is another one of my healthy dish made from black chana n baked. It's yum n very easy to prepare n goes great as appetizers or as starters in parties

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Soaked n boiled black chana 1 cup
  2. Paneer grated 1/2 cup
  3. Onion 1 chopped finely
  4. Green chilies 2 chopped
  5. Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup
  6. Few mint leaves chopped
  7. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  8. salt as per taste
  9. Chat masala 1 tsp
  10. Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  11. Kasuri methi 1/2 tsp
  12. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Tandoori chicken masala 1/2 tsp( optional)
  14. Oil 2 tbsp + more for greasing

Instructions

  1. Drain the boiled chana completely n blend it coarsely in the mixer.
  2. Add grated paneer n all other ingredients to it
  3. Form small flat tikkis the size of a coin
  4. Grease a baking tray n arrange kebabs on them
  5. Bake it in a pre heated oven on both coils at 200 degree centigrade for about 8 to 10 minutes
  6. If you don't have oven you can either deep fry or microwave it at high till brown.
  7. Serve it hot on bed of lachha pyaz or shredded cabbage with Minty dip
  8. For Minty dip blend 1/2 cup of mint leaves with 1 tbsp roasted peanuts 2 tbsp of hung curd, 2 garlic cloves, 2 green chillies, 1/2 tsp cumin powder n salt as per taste
