The tangy spicy bread pakoda in true spirit of Independence Day.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. White bread slices 6
  2. Green chutney as required
  3. Tomato ketchup as required
  4. 2 cups gram flour
  5. 2 tsp carom seeds
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Chopped Coriander
  8. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Take a slice of bread and spread green chutney over it evenly. Now cover it with another slice and spread tomato ketchup over it. Cover it with the third slice.
  2. In a mixing bowl seive the flour and add salt and carom seeds. Now add little water and prepare thick batter with it.
  3. Dip this 3 layered sandwich in the batter and cover from all sides carefully.
  4. Now fry it in the hot oil on medium flame. Flip once golden. Serve hot.
