In a mixing bowl combine together besan , ajwain , heeng and salt , mix well
Now by adding water little by little make a smooth batter
Mix the batter with your hands for at least 5 minutes
Mix , until the batter becomes light in weight and colour
Add 1 tbsp oil to the batter and mix well
Now prepare the sandwiches
Place one slice in a plate and apply 1 tbsp green chutney
Then place the second slice on top of the chutney one
Now apply tomato sauce
Place the third slice on the second one
In the meantime heat oil for deep frying , first on high flame then make it medium
Now coat the sandwiches with the besan batter by dipping it in the batter
When the batter coats properly then slowly slide it in the hot oil
Fry it , by turning at regular intervals , until become light brown and crispy
When done take out in a plate and cut into four parts
In this way make the other pakoda also
No need to serve any chutney or sauce with this as both are already there
Serve hot with tea or coffee
