Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. half cup chopped mushrooms
  2. 5 garlic pods crushed
  3. 1 cup Palak chopped
  4. 6 slices of bread
  5. 1tsp soya sauce
  6. Pinch of salt
  7. 1/4th tsp chilli flakes
  8. 4tsp grated cheese

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat butter and add garlic
  2. cook it for 2-3 minutes remain untouched.
  3. now add one teaspoon of soya sauce to it
  4. add chopped Palak
  5. Saute it for another 2 to 3 minutes until all the water dries up
  6. Cover it with another piece and GRILL it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. We can also use this mixture as a stuffing in normal wheat dough and make it healthy version
