Stuffed mushrooms are a classic, timeless, easy to make appetizer.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Button Mushroom
  2. chopped onion 2tbsp
  3. chopped green chilli 1
  4. chopped capsicum 2tbsp
  5. grated carrot 2tbsp
  6. chopped coriander leaves 2tbsp
  7. Oil 2tsp or as needed
  8. Black pepper powder 1tsp
  9. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean mushrooms well.
  2. Pat dry and remove stalk.
  3. Fry these mushrooms in very low flame covered.
  4. Prepare stuffing by mixing chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chopped capsicum, grated carrot, chopped coriander leaves, salt, pepper. You can add paneer, boiled corn, cabbage etc, any vegetable of your choice.
  5. When mushrooms are half cooked, stuff the above stuffing carefully, sprinkle grated cheese on top and cook covered till cheese melts. Sprinkle any seasoning.
  6. Serve hot.
