Crunchy cabbage kheer

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 litre full cream milk
  2. 2 cups chopped cabbage
  3. 2 table spoon chopped almond
  4. 2 tablespoon chopped cashew
  5. 1table spoon raisins
  6. 1 cup sugar
  7. 1teaspoon cardmom powder
  8. Safforn 6 strands

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in a big wide wok till reduced half.
  2. Dry Saute cabbage in a wok for 5 to 10 minutes when it changes its colour to bright green .transfer it in the boiling milk.
  3. Boil for 10 minutes more stir continuously.
  4. Add sugar and saffron and cook for 5 minutes more.
  5. Add half dryfuits and mix well and cook for 5 minutes
  6. Trasfer in the serving bowl garnish with remaining dryfuits .
  7. Serve hot or chilled .
