Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 cup white sesame seeds
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1/2 tbs cardamom powder
  4. 1/2 cup Rose water

Instructions

  1. First of all preheat a pan and add sesame seeds. Saute and roast the seeds very well. When it starts crackling remove it from heat. Dont burn it.
  2. Next in another pan add sugar and half quantity of rose water measure to sugar. Now wait for the sugar to melt. Next continue saute and make 1 string syrup. For checking keep one drop in middle of finger if it gives one syring then its done.
  3. Now add the sesame seeds and combine. This process needs to do quickly. Next pour it on a greased plate. Spread it quickly as it will cool down instantly. Next use a flatten plate and press it firmly to make a smooth texture.
  4. Now cool it down completely. After cooling down cut into desired pieces.
  5. Keep the crunchy bites in air tight container and have a bite whenever feel like sweet craving.
