This is a quick and easy recipe of fondue for winter evening

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Butter one tea spoon
  2. All purpose flour ( maida ) one tea spoon
  3. Milk one cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Cream cheese two table spoon
  6. Cheese cubes two grated
  7. Bread six pieces cut into half inch sticks

Instructions

  1. Take a wok and put butter and maida ( all purpose flour ) and saute for two minutes
  2. Add salt to taste but remember cheese and butter both are salted
  3. Add milk and stir continuously make sure there is no lums
  4. Now add cream cheese and mix well with a whisk
  5. Now add grated cheese cubes and mix well
  6. Make sure that the cheese mixture will coat the bread properly the consistency look like this
  7. Keep aside the mixture of cheese
  8. Cut all the bread into half inch strip and rosted them on tava on a very low flame
  9. Rost bread till they are crispy
  10. Now pour the cheese mixture on fondue pot and serve hot with bread sticks
