ABOUT Italian fondue RECIPE

Fondue is a Swiss dish of melted cheese served in a communal pot over a portable stove heated with a candle or spirit lamp, and eaten by dipping bread into the cheese using long-stemmed forks. Here I have made Italian fondue with lots of Italian seasoning and lots of cheese. Here I have use wine to reach original fondue taste.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4-5 tbsp Butter
  2. 1 tsp garlic paste
  3. 1 cup red wine
  4. 1/4 cup finally chopped onion
  5. 1/2 cup boiled and crushed corn
  6. 1/4 finely chopped capsicum
  7. 1 cup tomato puree
  8. 1/4 cup boiled and finely chopeed pasta
  9. 2 tbsp schezwan sauce
  10. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  11. 1/2 tsp origano
  12. 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 1/2 tbsp vinager
  15. 2 tbsp coriander
  16. 2 cup Mozzarella cheese
  17. 2 cup cheddar cheese
  18. 1/4 cup dissolved cornflour
  19. 2-3 tbsp Jalapenos
  20. Some fresh basil leaves
  21. 1 tbsp fresh cream
  22. Bread cubes for serving

Instructions

  1. Take a pen and eat some butter.
  2. Now add garlic paste and saute it for few minutes.
  3. Now add finely chopped onions and cook it for 1 minute.
  4. Add chopped capsicum.
  5. Also add boiled and crushed corn.
  6. Saute it for 2 minutes.
  7. Now add tomato puree.
  8. Also add chilli flakes, origano Italian seasoning, schezwan sauce and salt to taste.
  9. Add salt little less because cheese also contains part of salt.
  10. Saute it.
  11. Cook it for 5 minutes.
  12. Now add vinager, fresh basil leaves and coriander leaves.
  13. Mix it well.
  14. And turn off the flame.
  15. Take new pan and heat some butter.
  16. Add garlic paste and saute it for 1 minute.
  17. Now add red wine.
  18. Cook it until red wine start boiling.
  19. After that add vegetables that we have cooked.
  20. Stir it well.
  21. Now add boiled and chopped pasta and combine it well.
  22. Add both cheese.
  23. Also add dissolve cornflour to give thick texture.
  24. Cook until cheese melts.
  25. Now add jalapenos and combine it well.
  26. Also add fresh cream.
  27. Mix it well.
  28. Cook it for 2 minutes.
  29. Turn of the flame.
  30. Take this Italian sauce to the fondue bowl.
  31. Serve hot with bread cubes.
