Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Button mushrooms chopped 250 gms
  2. Butter 2 tablespoons
  3. Chopped garlic 2 tablespoons.
  4. Thyme seeds (Ajwain) 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Chopped parsley 1 teaspoon
  6. sugar 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Red wine 1 Tablespoon
  9. Chilli flakes as per taste
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan
  2. Toss Ajwain seeds
  3. Add chopped garlic and saute
  4. Put in the chopped mushrooms
  5. Add sugar, salt and pepper
  6. Add chopped parsley and saute well
  7. Add wine and simmer
  8. Sprinkle chilli flakes and cook on low flame
  9. Serve hot with garlic bread or spaghetti
