ABOUT Smoked Salad with Honey Chilli Dressing RECIPE
I love healthy eats and this salad not only serves that purpose but is great during monsoon and winters. Pair it with nice toasted bread and a dollop of cheese spread and you and your guests will just love it.

Ingredients Serving: 2
Broccoli florets 1 cup
Asparagus stalks 8-10
Carrot 1 cut into thick chunks
8 button mushrooms halved
Half cup green peas
1 cup paneer cubed
1 cup mixed bell peppers cut into quarters
1 onion cut into wedges
1 tsp each grated ginger and garlic
Salt and pepper as per taste
Honey 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Olive/sesame oil 2 tbsp
Lime Juice 1 tsp
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Fresh parsley or basil to taste
1 tsp soya sauce
Instructions
Blanch broccoli, asparagus, peas and carrots. Heat oil in a wok and add ginger and garlic. Add onion and bell peppers. Saute on high flame for a min. Add all other veggies and mix properly and keep it on high flame for 20 seconds and switch off. Take it out in a bowl.
Mean while put a piece of coal on direct flame until it turns red hot. Marinate paneer with salt pepper, a little chilli sauce, olive oil and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Grill paneer on both sides till marks appear, add it to veggies. In a small bottle Mix remaining olive oil, honey, lime juice, chilli sauce, salt and pepper and soya sauce and shake it properly and add it to salad. Mix.
