Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 8 bread slices
  2. 2 cup besan
  3. Grated carrot.
  4. Grated potato
  5. Grated cucumber
  6. Green chilli
  7. Chopped coriander leaves
  8. Few curry leaves chopped
  9. Ginger Garlic Paste
  10. Cumin and coriander powder
  11. Carom and cumin seeds
  12. Baking soda
  13. Salt to taste, oil
  14. Turmeric Powder
  15. Garam Masala, chilli powder

Instructions

  1. Firstly take the mixing bowl add besan ,all masala ingredients and grated veggies mix well properly.
  2. After add water to needed , it becomes thick flowing consistency.
  3. Then take the bread slices cut into triangle shape next dip in the besan mixture.
  4. Further heat the oil , put the bread slices and deep fry in oil until golden brown colour.
  5. Now bread veg besan roast is ready.
