It is side dish fir anytime. Green leaf vegetables are Healthy in winter season, fenugreek is one of the most powerful like fibres, vitamins, potashium, magnesium, are presented in this leaves.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup Chopped Fenugreek leaves
  2. 2 GREEN CHILLI CHOPPED
  3. 1/2 Onion chopped
  4. 1/2 cup boiled and soaked toor daal
  5. 3 to 4 chopped garlic cloves
  6. 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Fresh peas, oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in pan, add chopped onion,green chilli, ginger paste, garlic cloves, fresh peas saute well.
  2. Next add cleanly washed and chopped fenugreek leaves and salt mix well then close the lid for a minute, after add soaked and half cooked toor daal. Gently mix all.
  3. Now close the lid and remain cook it 2 to 3 mins in low flame while stirring occasionally.
  4. Finally fenugreek leaves curry or sabji is ready.
