Chikki is a traditional ready to eat Indian snacky sweets.In winter everyone loves to eat chikki. This is my innovation try this recipe.
Heat Ghee in a pan and add jaggery.
Melt jaggery at low to medium flame.
When jaggery gets melted add one drop in water if it becomes a ball and when you eat this ball it should not stick at your teeth.
Now jaggery syrup is ready then add bhujia and mix well.
Spread this mixture in a grease plate and spread by grease flat bowl.
Garnish with fennel seeds and melon seeds.
SERVING: 4
